Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square

ZAC is the true G.O.A.T.! He has the patience of Job. We were leaving the hotel from our business training, and we were indecisive on where to eat. We got our luggage out of the holding area 3 times. ZAC was right there to bring it in and out. He was so good and patient. I want to thank him for his dedication, loyalty and kindness. I recommend when you check in, ask for ZAC. He will not disappoint you. He is the essence of what Hilton Corporation embodies. Thank you ZAC!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The thermostat was oddly set so I couldn't cool room down. The fridge didn't appear to have a control to not freeze. That said, the girl is ideally located. It's local to most sites while being placed such that you're not swamped with high traffic. The food and bar services on-site were excellent and friendly. Staff were professional and attentive to our needs. We'll definitely come back. I would suggest upgrading to balcony-equipped room for that decompress time after a day of touring.

Have been here twice now and a week long stay planned for May. Both visits have generally been good as it’s a great location and the rooms are nice. No real issues on the first visit other than a marginal experience in the restaurant. This last visit though was met with an issue in the room where the A/C seems to be on a motion sensor so it shuts down after about 30 minutes until there’s movement. Great energy saving tool during the day when the room might be empty, but not so great at night when you’re sleeping. Also, had another negative experience in the restaurant that I told the front desk about but they didn’t seem interested in resolving it, just simply apologized and printed out my bill. So I came away with the feeling that “did you enjoy your stay” wasn’t really a question as much as it was a way to kill time while the bill is printed.

We stayed here during a family wedding and were pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff were incredible. All were warm and welcoming. We were flying in and attending the wedding the same day and needed to get ready somewhere. I called the hotel and the staff gave me my room early. I have never experienced that before. I am usually told it isn’t possible. It was so helpful! Otherwise we may have needed to get ready in a gas station. The hotel is also conveniently located near a huge outdoor shopping/dining center. Literally a step outside and everything is right in front of you. We enjoyed breakfast at a lovely cafe just a 5 min walk away. I was actually only there for a short time and I was so sad I didn’t have more time to shop! Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed 2/20/26 through 2/22/26 for an anniversary weekend staycation. I had mentioned our anniversary at our booking and came into the room with a huge piece of cake with Happy Anniversary on it. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and it never disappoints. Great hotel with an even better location to many stores and restaurants. Will be back.

We stay here at least twice a year, and it’s always a wonderful experience. Austin at the front desk is consistently amazing and provides incredible customer service — he truly makes us feel welcomed and taken care of every time we visit. Delance was also extremely kind and helpful while assisting us in the restaurant. The rooms are always clean, and the staff responds quickly and professionally to any requests or questions. The entire team creates a warm, comfortable, and well-run experience, which is why we love coming back. Highly recommend the Hilton Southlake.

Good hotel in a great location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They charge for parking, which seems entirely unnecessary given the amount of free parking nearby. The diamond breakfast benefit barely covers half of the cost of breakfast, which is uncharacteristic of hiltons. Food (including breakfast) at the hotel restaurant is overpriced and we recommend walking to any of the nearby restaurants to eat.

This hotel is one of the nicest I've stayed in. The room we stayed in is was so lovely. We came here from TN for a business event that was going on here for the company my father works for. The service here and housekeeping are great! Richard and Zach were excellent! Richard helped us with an issue we had with our keys. Overall, wonderful experience here and I love the fruit water they have at the front; it's super delicious!
